My parents came to visit us this last week. My Dad had not met Bryn so they made a special trip. We had a great time going to the zoo, watching the kids play soccer, having a BBQ with the Brownings, watching a lot of football (that made Trav happy), going to the coast and exploring downtown Portland. My mom and I even got in a little shopping and Trav and my dad went to a movie.
At the coast we played soccer, girls against boys. Travis also played baseball with the kids and my Dad. Sydney played in the sand looking for shells and Bryn just hung out and watched every one. This is our first trip to the coast since Bryn was born and it is one of our favorite places to go as a family. It was a perfect day and we are glad Grandma and Grandpa could share it with us.

We even hit the Tillamook Cheese Factory on the way home to get their famous cheese and ice cream.
Syd was so exhausted after this weekend, she fell asleep right on the steps.

We loved going to the coast, the zoo, and downtown to shop when we lived there! Ahhh this post made me miss Oregon lots! It's so fun and so beautiful. Glad you had such a great time with your parents! That last picture of Sydney asleep on the stairs is priceless! You have such a beautiful family! :)
