I ran a 10K with a bunch of friends this last weekend in Estacada, OR. It is a beautiful run along the Clackamas River. The bus takes you up the mountain and you have a beautiful run back down to Estacada. I ran it last year 10 weeks pregnant and loved it so much I decided to do it again. What makes it so fun is the beautiful scenery and running it with friends.

Good for you! It's just like you to get right back out there after a baby! That's awesome. A ten K is the perfect kind of run:) Not too long not too short.
